I’ll be there.
If you are hauling your bike there’s plenty of space to park a truck or trailer at the meeting location.

ParticipantGiven that it’s finally warming up, we’ve scheduled a club ride for this Sunday 4/9/23.
We will meet up at the Estates Road staging area in Golden Valley at 10:30 next to the pumping station (see attachment)
39°37’19.8″N 119°49’32.7″W
39.622156, -119.825739The ride will be something like 80 or 90 miles. Be sure to to bring water and something to eat, and dress in layers.
This ride is suitable for dual sport bikes. New club members, this will be a good orientation ride. Probably about a B difficulty.

ParticipantI’m coming. Thursday, I rode out to the reservation to check-out the “OHV designated route”. There is a sign posted (red arrow) stating the area is closed. It looks like Matterhorn Blvd to Antelope Valley rd. is the only legal way around the reservation to Moon Rocks.

ParticipantOk so we follow the yellow brick road. That’s the way we go anyway

ParticipantHi Eric, I checked that out too. I think the sign is out of date.
Looking at the https://www.rsic.org/covid-19-information/ the “emergency” was in April of 2020.

ParticipantHad 7 Dust Devils show up for the Easter Sunday HEVANS ride. A few falls and lots of sand. Everyone seemed to have a good time. See Ride Reports for Photos and Videos (in a couple of days).
