    I am planning a Club Fall Colors ride for October 21st!

    Will leave BoomTown Chevron at 9:30 am

    Travel through Verdi and Dog Valley to Babbit Peak, then over Sardine Peak, and down to Sierraville (via Bear Valley Campground-Lemon Cyn Rd/CR 650) for Lunch.  Will travel from Sierraville via Old Truckee/Sierraville Road to Little Truckee Summit.  Over the Trestles to Kyburz Flat and then into Sardine Valley.  Then Henness Pass Rd. back to Verdi.

    C-Level Ride

    Plan for a day-long trip.  Gas at Serriaville.

    Suggestions please.

    Great ride idea.
    What does “C-level ride” mean?
    Is this an on road “adventure bike” or dual sport/motocross bike ride?

    Some rocky roads, especially up to Babbit Peak Lookout, but no bad. Other than that the roads are good Forest Service roads. Here is a Garmin/GPX track of the planned Route (??).

    Sounds like a great ride, but I am riding MX this weekend. My wife might notice if I disappear on both Saturday and Sunday. Have fun everyone!
