Greg RParticipantBump.
I’m planning on leaving my house to ride neighborhood trails (Northeast Carson City) this Sunday (4/19/26) around 1:30 to 2:00. There are at least three separate trail systems that offer a wide variety of terrains – see my original positing above for more detailed description.
If interested, let me know (reply here, e-mail, or call) so I can expect you. My address and contact information is in the Member Directory.

Greg RParticipantNo worries! Feel free to invite yourself over sometime. Since the trails are just minutes away, I typically ride one to three times a week depending on my schedule and weather.
On this last ride I found a couple of spots that are good for Shane Watts practice drills: Mid-Turn drill in a loop or figure eight; Mid-turn drill at one end with Pivot turn drill at the other end, both in a loop or figure-eight. Weekday afternoons would probably be best for drills since there is likely to be little to no trail traffic then.
Aside from practice drills, I know the trails well enough to dial-in a route that would be fun and have enough technical stuff to make the ride challenging to the skill level desired.
