7 Dust Devils departed Maverik in South Reno Saturday. We picked-up another in Dayton.
There was some “sand training” along the Carson River. Mud bogging in Churchill Canyon.
Lunch in Genoa (that took forever). The hardest part was getting around a stuck Side-by-side on the Kings Canyon trail.
The weather was perfect, the views spectacular and the terrain varied and mildly challenging.
155 ish miles, 9 1/2 hours.
I really appreciate everyone who attended!
Special thanks to Scott, who rode back on the trail to help some clueless “van life” people.

That was a great ride Eric! No breakdowns or injuries. Great job scouting out the sand training area. Perfect.
Nice ride report and photos! Looks like a great time was had, and wish I could have been there.
I’ll definitely go on the rerun of this route. It felt kind of criminal not going on a ride that ran through my hometown region.
